I. DEFINITIONS.

  1. Personal Data Administrator – FONIA TELCOM Sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw, at the following address: ul. Twarda 18, 00-105 Warszawa, REGON number: 388645503, NIP: 1133031081, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000890861, e-mail address -mail: hello@fonia.app
  2. Cookies – IT data, small text files, saved by the websites you visit and stored on the Devices through which you use the Administrator’s Website. The information contained in cookies is necessary for the website to function properly, and these files are encrypted, which prevents the files from being made available to unauthorized persons. The information collected in cookies can be read by the Administrator and his contractors (for technical reasons).
  3. Device – an electronic device through which you gain access to the Administrator’s website.
  4. User – any person visiting the website www.fonia.travel
  5. Website – including subpages.

II. USE OF COOKIES.

  1. The administrator uses cookies via the website
  2. Cookies are used only to the extent that the User has consented to them.
  3. The information collected on the basis of Cookies is used to properly optimize the operation of the website, as well as for statistical, functional, advertising and social media purposes.
  4. Cookies record the website User’s activity by recognizing the Device, thanks to which the website is displayed in a way optimized to the User’s individual preferences.
  5. The solutions used on the website are safe for the Devices of Users using the Administrator’s website. It is not possible for dangerous or malicious software to get into User Devices.
  6. The administrator uses two types of cookies:
    • a) Session cookies: these are files that are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they leave the website or turn off the web browser. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device’s memory. The session cookies mechanism does not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device,
    • b) Persistent cookies: are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. Files of this type remain on the user’s device for the time specified in the file parameters or until they are manually deleted by the user. Ending a given browser session or turning off the Device does not delete them from the Device.
  7. Due to the source of the cookie data, the Administrator uses:
    • a) Own cookies: files generated by the website and placed on it by the Administrator (for example: necessary),
    • b) Third-party cookies: this is information from external servers, e.g. advertising servers, navigation service providers (maps or search engines). These types of files enable the assessment of the effectiveness of advertising activities and the design of related activities in accordance with user preferences (for example: analytical).
  8. Cookies are divided according to their function on the Website:
    • a) Technical/necessary cookies – files necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the website, including: ensuring the correct display of the website depending on the device used by the user or the settings of this device; adapting the content on the website that is technically important for the operation of the website (e.g. website language); remembering whether the user has consented to displaying certain content,
    • b) Analytical cookies – files used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities without identifying users’ personal data and to improve the functioning of our website, including: examining statistics on website traffic and verifying the source of traffic (so-called redirection directions); detecting abuse in website traffic (e.g. artificial internet traffic – bots); measuring the effectiveness of actions carried out for the Administrator, e.g. in the Google advertising network, on external websites. 
    • c) Functional cookies – files used to remember user settings on websites (background color, language, shopping cart). Thanks to this, users, after entering a given website for the first time and adapting it to their preferences, do not have to make the same settings again when visiting the website again. This type of files is most often a type of permanent cookies,
    • d) Marketing/advertising cookies – files used to track the User’s interests and preferences in order to adapt targeted advertisements. These files are installed on the User’s end device. Addressed advertisements may be displayed on other browser pages through the use of remarketing. Failure to consent to these Cookies does not result in any negative effects on the use of the Website,
    • e) Social cookies – cookies installed by placing links to specific social media. The purpose of installing these files is to enable Users to connect to their registered social media profiles.
  9. If you consent to the installation of analytical and marketing/advertising files, your personal data in the form of cookies may be transferred to third countries in connection with the use of tools from Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. As a rule, this data is processed on servers Irish. However, entities providing these tools may be obliged to transfer data to third countries if such an obligation is imposed on them by law.  
  10. The user can delete cookies from the browser at any time.

III. METHODS OF DETERMINING THE CONDITIONS OF STORING OR OBTAINING ACCESS TO COOKIES.

  1. The User has the option of limiting or disabling the access of Cookies to his/her Device. If you use this option, you will be able to use the Administrator’s website, except for functions that by their nature require Cookies.
