An eSIM profile is software that must be downloaded to an eSIM-enabled device to access your carrier’s mobile network. It is different from a conventional SIM card, which is a physical card that is inserted into the device and is replaceable.

To install an eSIM profile on the eSIM card built into your device, carriers provide:
