Please wait 15 minutes for the email to arrive and check your SPAM folder before contacting support.
Open the camera app and scan the QR code or enter it manually.
On the SIM manager screen, the Fonia Travel eSIM card will now appear in your eSIM list.
Go to the “Mobile Data” section in your preferred SIM cards and select your Fonia Travel eSIM card.
Create your Fonia Travel account

Download the official Fonia Travel app from Google Play via Wi-Fi
Click the “START” button and create a Fonia Travel account.
Complete the account creation process by verifying your email address. To receive your verification code by email, please make sure you are connected to the Internet.
Connect your eSIM

Select “Smartphone” as the device you want to connect.
Click “YES“.
If you have completed step 1 correctly, you have already successfully scanned your QR code.
If you haven’t done so yet: turn off Wi-Fi and wait until you are connected to your Fonia Travel eSIM card.
After turning off Wi-Fi, wait a few seconds until you connect to your new Fonia Travel eSIM card and then you will be automatically redirected to the dashboard in the Fonia Travel app.

Step 1.
Check your email, you will find the activation code and QR code there. Open SETTINGS on your smartphone, then NETWORK AND CONNECTIONS, CARD MANAGER and click ADD TARIFF PLAN.
Step 2.
Click on SCAN OPERATOR QR CODE. Click on ENTER ACTIVATION CODE.
Step 3.
Enter the code received by email in the space provided. Your eSIM card is now ready for use!
